September 19th: This guy came running across the floor at me..showing his giant teeth...trying to eat me...until my daring husband dispatched his ass..
September 20th: Apparently the chickens think the black plant containers mean take out...so they ate the new pansies and violas before I could even plant them in my clay pots.
September 21st: A perfect red rose in my garden.
September 22nd: Gabriel claims Scott...my gay cat loooooooves gentlemen callers.
September 22nd: We have the honor of sharing our wedding anniversary with Brandy and Scott. We had a mini (although late...lol) celebration (I cannot believe a year has passed already!) for a group of us throwing them a surprise wedding where Heidi officiated to go along with their signing. The night with Scott, Brandy, Heidi and Rob ruled! We drank a bottle of Frizzante (which is like the best thing EVER to be put into a wineglass) bought at the wedding site (Willamette Valley Vineyards) and ate pieces from the top of their amazing wedding cake made by Missy.
September 23rd: Me and Jen went to the Beaverton Library to watch my awesome neighbor Paul star in a super funny play titled Three Murders and Its Only Monday! See it if you can - I laughed my ass off!
September 24th: Jason and Kelly rule for sending the best care package ever...
So, we stored it in the freezer and did as we were told....so, it rests under the beer steins, next to the hash browns an above the leftover from scratch made red beans and rice...
September 25th: Rob and Delilah hanging out during our BBQ. Notice the gorgeous blue skys - perfect day for BBQ and croquet - it rocked.

Project 365: September 5th through September 11th
September 5th: Reorganization - I got one more storage container for the Halloween stuff and a purple and black container for our Thanksgiving stuff. I also went through our camping gear and eliminated a lot of it.
September 6th: Spending the afternoon painting Missy's hallway.
September 7th: Wreath inspired by Williams Sonoma though purchased through Michael's.
September 8th: Molt! Lady Bernadette lost her tail which will be added to my autumn wreath.
September 9th: Bernadette, Francesca and Ginger...the girls have their big girl feathers now.
The fence is near completion now - one more section and the gate to finish but it looks truly magnificent!
September 10th: I came to realize I had a stack of incense boxes which were not attractive so I organized them into a container along with the candle Richard brought me back from a monastery in Romania.
September 11th: A gift...Jen got this gorgeous mirror during the last Egyptian exhibit at the museum and it looks just stunning in my office.

Project 365: August 29th through September 4th
August 29th: Wine and red... I brought my dear friend Lisa Marie takeout so we could catch up in between her filling custom corset orders galore. I love her apartment - it is such a calming space.
August 30th: Picking up my car from its new mechanic. Note the ninja who has been baking in the sun for five years so his paint was completely sun bleached. This was a gift from my dear friend Jenna to my car a great number of years ago.
August 31st: Breakfast with Jen and Pete: Custard style French toast with powdered sugar and hazelnuts; cream cheese, spinach and tomato eggs; bacon and juice.
September 1st: Repainting the Rostyle wheels on my MG Midget which had become rather rust laden after a five year sit. Here is the before...
I might mention I did this freehand. And after...
September 2nd: Honey beige was the color of the day...and what a beautiful color it was! Helping Michele and Greg paint their new living room and family room the day before their big move into their new home
September 3rd: A wonderful lunch at Sinju in Bridgeport Village with Jen, Marissa, Jen's mom and Jen's aunt. Note the giant ball of wasabi.
September 4th: My poor little ninja has been painted fresh and will be returned to hang from my rear view mirror in my MG. Isn't he cute :) Since he was a gift to my car from Jenna it is only appropriate she was the first to ride in Bernie.
September 4th: My beautiful sunflowers which were a gift from my husband to celebrate our second wedding anniversary.
