Project 365 - May 7th through May 13th

May 7th - Ahhh another day and another trip to Home Depot though who could predict their tree and rose prices would be too good to resist??!! Seriously - $25 dwarf honeycrisp trees and Don Juan rose buses for $8. Though I also needed concrete, wood stain, rocks, ground cover....

May 8th - Going through the helpful information given to us at our neighborhood association meeting by the Beaverton police department to keeps our neighborhoods and homes safer.

May 9th - Running errands in Tigard at lunch I see this amusing sign. Is it hitting on me?

May 10th - Pedis and dinner with my almost birthday sister.— with Jessica Blasch.

May 11th - In an attempt to rekey my car I discover yet another thing my former mechanic did wrong - now to identify what ignition he replaced mine with....

May 12th - The front yard is blooming!

May 12th - These stunning iris were found hiding under a pine tree in Belladonna Atropa's backyard.

May 13th - Me and Wendy attended Dangerous Liaisons at the Venetian Theater in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Project 365: March 19th through March 25th

March 19th: And so all of the girls suddenly started laying so we are yielding a dozen eggs every three days.


March 20th: My first visit to the Z Gallery...




March 21st:Snow fall to celebrate Springtime...


March 22nd: This represents my office mates and me - I adore the guys.


March 23rd: The next stage of weeding the front yard.


March 24th: Joe's 40th Birthday party and his swanky digs.


March 25th: Breakfast at Cadillac Cafe with Jen.

Project 365: February 6th through February 12th

February 6th: The rescued rose bush from Kristin's house is growing very well.


February 7th: Having lunch at Hotel Oregon with Katy.


Dropping by Kason Vineyards to visit Matt and Christina and have a glass of Pinot Noir with Katy plus pick up spent wine bottles for my husband's mead batch.


Dropping by Kame Sushi in McMinnville with Katy before heading back home.


February 8th: Digging through the Pier One clearance section I discovered Big Bird's tragic fate...


February 9th: Backgammon and snacks with Cheryl L. White. — with Cheryl L. White.


February 10th: Izakaya Sushi dinner with Jen.



February 11th: Melissa and Mathias' wonderful tiki madness party was enhanced not just by the amazing food and company. The amazing collection tiki mugs was pretty inspiring. As seen here and accented with pink elephants and umbrellas.


February 12th: Olive Garden lunch with Jen Earp after getting our hair cuts together.


Yopop frozen soft serve yogurt which is tasty beyond description - especially their pineapple one topped with fresh pineapple!

Project 365: January 23rd through January 29th

January 23rd: The kitties keeping watch over the chickens making sure they do not get out of hand.


January 24th: Waiting for my massage....


January 25th: Picking up my Le Petit perfume by Tokyo Milk at Flutter in NE Portland. This is the store's adopted kitty who helps with their mouse problems. She was a sweetie. This store is wonderful.


January 26th: Atomic Tom kicking some ass at the Doug Fir. Phllip, Luke, Tobias and Eric.






January 27th: Watching episode 1 of my favorite show with Patrick.


January 28th: Mexican Train Dominos at Dana and Seth's.


January 29th: Paperwhites in our livingroom blooming beautifully.

Here is photos from day two of our trip to Seattle to celebrate our friend Robert's birthday.

Breakfast at Local 360 with Jon, Rob, Heidi, Patrick, Ben and Rachel.

Ben's favorite shop in Seattle which has film, comics and such collectibles - I found a dalik, a few doctors, the Tardis and even Amy Pond!

Post Alley's infamous Gum Wall which is in the top ten most germ infested tourist attractions - it actually holds the number two spot, beaten only by the Blarney Stone in Ireland.

My dinner was grilled swordfish.
